The Putnam Hill Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Presents The Winners of its Annual Essay Contest

The Putnam Hill Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution hosted their annual Essay Contest Awards Ceremony and Tea for the finalists of the American History Essay Contest at the historic Putnam Cottage on East Putnam Avenue on January 7, 2025. The topic of the essay for grades 5th-8th was “Enjoying a New Kind of Tea Party” and “Patriots of the American Revolution” was the topic of the essay for grades 9th-12th. There were six student winners of the Putnam Hill DAR American History Essay Contest.
